About Alan Senkiw
Alan lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and is a keen player in the Winnipeg Veterans League, with a top match break of 143. He started playing snooker at the age of 14 but didn't become a competitive player until he took up English Billiards in the veteran's clubs which, he says, "forced me to develop a good basic stroke which improved my snooker by 500%".
His graphics career started in the sign trade which he was part of for over 30 years. He learned as a showcard writer to do quick caricatures. He is now retired from the trade, however, still enjoys doing digital caricatures, especially for billiard players!
